The secret is:
- Log into your Blogger account
- Click on the 'Settings' tab and then select the Email item on the line below
- (this bit isn't immediately obvious). There is a blank field which will appear between your name and '@blogger.com'. You have to type something into that box. This will create your secret upload email address. In my case I typed - ah, actually, that would be telling ;-). I have now added this address to my address book.
- Remember to click the 'publish' option below so that your emails will be immediately published - unless, of course, that's not what you want to happen

Hmmm, turns out it might be slightly more complicated than I thought. Although I can email my posts, they text seems to have odd line breaks which I then need to go and tidy up. I think I need to play with the settings
and dont forget that you can post to your blogger blog from your mobile (cell) phone too - which makes for very easy capture of ideas on the go. Word of warning though, it appears that blogger will only capture the first 162 characters (including the title) so a long winded SMS that goes over to 2 messages wont all be published - which means that we shall have to practice the skill of writing more consicely... As Mark Twain says, "if i had more time i'd write a shorter letter"
