Turning problems into wonderful learning opportunities

Anna Reed is talking about the possibility of using problems as great ways to both rethink work processes, and to learn from 'outsiders' points of view.

This is a great approach, first because it is using problems as creative stimuli, and second, because it harnesses the power of the beginner's mind.

Being able to look at a situation with fresh eyes is a wonderful skill. Try looking at your office, or home, as if you have never seen it before. What strikes you as odd and what ideas does that spark in you?
